Psychological abuse
Psychological (mental and emotional) abuse: UBWANA Uganda contributes to the elimination of this vice. The organization believes that children shouldn’t be subjected to this pattern of intentional verbal or behavioral actions or lack of actions that convey to a child the message that he or she is worthless, flawed, unloved, unwanted, endangered, or only of value to meet someone else’s needs. UBWANA Uganda responds through providing psychosocial support to the victims and also works to prevent this from occurring.
